Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EzyHost platform operated by EzyHost ("we", "us", "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use EzyHost to host content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware or phishing, distributes spam, or violates any applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Hosted Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, serve, and cache your files as necessary to provide the hosting service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
4. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
5. Plans and Billing
Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
6. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits. You must not share your API keys publicly. Automated abuse of the API may result in key revocation and account suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
The EzyHost platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzyHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your hosted content within 30 days. Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EzyHost operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
